Grassroots riders Jeremy Jensen and Scotty Arnold take a trip up north to powsurf with a handful of Canadian rippers. 4 days of sunshine and dry powder conditions in the Coastal mountains of British Columbia had stoke levels high as ever. Many in our crew were riding Grassroots Powsurfers for the first time and seeing the smiles on their faces at the bottom of every run made the trip that much better.

Shaun White buys $9 million beachfront mansion in Malibu
Apparently Shaun White has bought himself a new $9 million beachfront mansion in Malibu recently. Shaun has multiple homes around North County San Diego, Park City, Northstar At Tahoe, Los Angeles, and now Malibu. Must be nice. Reports in the mainstream media claim “After all the time he spends on the slopes, Olympian snowboarder Shaun White no doubt needs a patch of sun where he can thaw out.

Mountain High’s Midweek 8-Hour lift ticket at $59 is still a bargain compared to places such as Whistler Blackcomb ($109 Canadian), Montana’s Big Sky ($99), or Mammoth ($99), but still enough to deter some people from hitting the slopes.
