Among the international field were US riders Jordie Karlinksi, Jessica Jenson, and Jamie Anderson who dropped in hoping to get one step closer to a qualifying for spot at the 2014 Winter Olympic Games in Sochi.
Practice for the 7th Annual Dirksen Derby got motoring today at Mt. Bachelor , Oregon. In classic Derby form there are two curvy courses tucked in the woods with hand-built berms and rollers by Josh Dirksen and volunteers. It’s no high speed GS race, but it’s fun, all about finesse. A good gathering, too.
