When Dakine wanted new branded shovels, they wanted ones worthy of the Dakine name. One with a long history of durable, reliable performance in the backcountry. So naturally they reached out to Salt Lake company Voilé Manufacturing, long-time makers of simple, solid avalanche shovels built to perform in the big mountain backcountry.
