Aspen Mountain will open for the weekend Saturday and Sunday, November 16 and 17, twelve days earlier than the scheduled opening on Thanksgiving Day. Aspen Mountain and Snowmass will be open daily for the season on Saturday, November 23, five days before the scheduled opening. Early season snow and cold temperatures have allowed crews to work around the clock and get the mountains ready.
